• Premium Market Support: For companies planning a serious market entry or regularly launching new products. We provide you with a comprehensive strategy, conduct cyclical tests, monitor the market and competition. You have constant access to our experts. This is full support to keep you one step ahead.

Each project is priced individually because we know that every company and its needs are different. We always present a clear quote before starting work.

3. Your obligations – what we need from you

6. Termination of cooperation – how does it end?

Cooperation can end in several ways:

• By mutual agreement: If both parties agree that it is best, we can terminate cooperation earlier.
• Termination of the agreement: Either party may terminate the agreement for valid reasons (e.g., lack of cooperation, untimely payments), with adherence to the agreed notice period. In such a case, we will settle accounts for the work performed up to that point.

After termination of cooperation, your data that is no longer needed for billing or legal purposes will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms and Conditions and all matters related to our cooperation are governed by Polish law. If, God forbid, any misunderstandings arise, we will try to resolve them amicably, through open discussion. If that fails, all disputes will be settled by the courts competent for our headquarters, i.e., the courts in Katowice. We are from here, and we handle such matters here.
